We offer personalized and non-personalized gift items such as mugs, bottles, cushions, photo frames, kids’ items, and home décor.

All custom orders are made to order and may require additional production time. You must provide accurate and complete customization details when placing an order.

3. Order Policy

• If customization details are unclear, we will contact you for clarification. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed based on our understanding.
• Custom orders: Production time is 2–3 working days.
• Non-custom orders: Processing time is 2 working days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹599 may include additional taxes and shipping fees at checkout.
• Payment options: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for non-custom items, with an additional ₹30 fee.
• Orders must be prepaid for customized products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is available across India.
• Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days.
• We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in resolving issues.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom items: No returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.
• Non-custom items: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
• Cancellation: Allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, before production starts.
