All of our products are custom-made to your specifications, whether it’s a custom name, special message, or unique design.

  1. How do I place an order for a customized gift?

Placing an order with us is simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our products from Product list page of our website.
  2. Select the item you want and click on it for more details.
  3. Enter your customization details (name, message, design, etc.).
  4. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Complete your payment details, and your order will be confirmed.

Once we receive your order, we will begin crafting your personalized gift!

  1. Can I add my own design or image to a product?

Yes! We are happy to work with custom designs and images. Simply upload your design or image at the customization step during checkout. We will review it and make sure it’s a perfect fit for your selected product. Please ensure the image is of high quality for the best results.

  1. How long does it take to create and ship my order?

Since all of our products are customized, it usually takes us about 2-3 days to create your order. Once completed, your item will be shipped based on the selected shipping method.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 5-9 days it’s depends on the delivery location.
  • Expedited shipping is available for faster delivery at checkout.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, provided that production has not started. After production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order due to the personalized nature of the products.

  1. What if I made a mistake in my order (e.g., spelling error or wrong details)?

If you realize there is an error in your order (such as a spelling mistake or incorrect customization), please contact us immediately at anumikashop@gmail.com or +91-6284325492. We will do our best to correct the issue before production begins.

Once production starts, we cannot make changes to your order, so please double-check all details before submitting.

  1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect, damage, or error in customization on our part. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

If there’s an issue with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we will be happy to provide a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

  1. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.
